Service and quality of service was fantastic when it Netago but since Telus got involved service and quality has severely deteriorated. On hold forever to get help with my internet outage. I never even had an internet outage when it was netago. Typical Telus garbage.

I'm a volunteer who helps run a non profit community hall. Mascon offered the hall FREE wifi services if the hall paid the installation. Soon after we recieved enormous bills with threats to remove the internet.The hall rarely uses internet, it's there for renters on weekends.Horrible company! If they'll lie in writing what else will they do?

This company has zero customer service. The operators on the phone have no clue what the company has posted on their website. They offer no support or answers to any questions. Don't waste your time or money here.

Worst customer experience ever. I was switch from Verlocity network to Mascon as Verlocity was bought by Telus. Internet drops out repeatedly. Internet not working for the last 2 weeks. Calling the customer Lind every day. On hold for over an hr and line just gets cut.

Terrible Terrible service and reliability here in the south east part of BC. The internet is off 75% of the time yet their bill arrives on time.

Their internet services are aweful. Unfortunately, they know they are the only provider in our neighbourhood and have little motivation to improve their services. I strongly recommend ANY other provider. Their quality of service is almost as poor as the quality of their products. Even after being bought out by Telus, this is still garbage.

Yesterday i called Mascon, after being on hold for an hour and a half, informed them that my internet has been cutting in and out and also informed them that i am taking a final exam next week online and need a reliable connection. They stated that a tech would be at my house at 9am and that “He only has one ticket before yours that should be done by 9am, he will call you when he is on his way”. I thank the representative and disconnected.It is now 1:15 PM… over 4 hours late and still no tech… i called mascon again, sat on hold for 1 hour then was directed to a voicemail that is full so i couldn’t even leave a message… Mascon has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Customer service nonexistent. They don't fix issues during the weekend, which means we lost service from Friday afternoon to what looks like Monday morning, and that's just a guess. Do not sign with this company.

I'm editing my review because although it took a little time, when mascon reached out to help fix my problem they were very nice and fixed it quickly. This was the first time I had an issue communicating with them. But I am happy it was resolved for myself and my neighbors.

Worst customer service and infrastructure maintenance I've ever encountered. NEVER had any of these problrems with SHAW when I lived in the Comox Valley, but Mascon (Telus) BLOCKS SHAW from offering cable service in the Sayward Valley. HOURS spent "on hold" just to place a service call, and technician only comes to Sayward ONE day a week! HOW did we get saddled with these losers? They're just going to hear a giant sucking sound of customers thundering out the door when City West arrives. ANYTHING would be better than what we have............ there's bo way it could be worse.........

Honestly wouldn't really recommend, wifi always dropping out and always right when they are closed or on weekends so it's hard to get help.
