First time we've used the Speckled Sow, we took 2 moose in there and they did just an absolutely excellent job top-notch very professional super nice people couldn't be happier With the results. I would highly recommend That if you have meat to be cut and wrapped you use these people.

Honestly the best bacon, the best beef jerky and the coolest butchershop in Bc. The products are fresh, the owner proud of what they made, friendly and everything tastes amazing!
