I had a very unpleasant experience at this 7-Eleven because of the manager’s behavior. The manager talked to me in a rude and disrespectful manner for no reason. Instead of helping or communicating politely, the tone was aggressive and unprofessional.
.This experience made me uncomfortable and I will think twice before visiting this location again.Even the night shift workers are very polite as compared to to manager

If you need coffee in the morning, avoid this place like the plague. There is never any cream there. How useless do you need to be to not order cream? I didn't think ordering was that hard when I worked for 711. You see what you used the past two weeks, order that, plus half. It's not difficult.

I just wanna let management know that this store is not good anymore. I’m regular customer here or you can say i was. Im not going there any more since that young rude lady joined. I think her name is hardeep or harpreet, whatever. That girl doesn’t even understand the customer. I don't know if she can understand or speak the language properly (basic necessity at customer service). Super rude and never been helpful. “Im not being racist here”. other people who are working here are sweet and helpful. So if she is managing this store then it is in wrong hands. I want HR to pay attention to people who they choose to manage their stores. At least choose a person who can communicate to the customers in a decent way. I've never encountered any rude staff at this location or other locations until I've dealt with this person.
She doesn't have to be nice but at least don't be rude.

I’ve always enjoyed coming to this store for great coffee and friendly staff, but after today I’m done… when the assistant manager was too busy on the phone to bother with what I wanted or needed just shared the money … plus their fancy coffee machine only gives 2/3 of a medium reusable cup of coffee now with the no cream selected…

I came in here for the 7/11 festivities. I visited all four locations in town. At this location I tried the cream soda flavour.
The staff was friendly.

I had the worst customer service experience today. It was around 1 am on 25 March, and went in store and the lady there was super rude and do not care about somebody in the store. I think manager should care about the training these people so that u guys can keep some good customer with you. I ordered some food, though she was pretty fast in serving but she totally ignore that m waiting to pay and she was busy talking on her phone with AirPods on.

Buddy working right now is rude and decided to ID me after a year of going there , I don't look underage at all I've got a huge beard with Grey hair a deep voice and I'm balding haha and after asking for ID he was rude when I told him forget the rest of my stuff I came in for my weekly lotto like every Sunday haha
