Do we sell bucket combos for 10 $ staff asks each other with signs on windows advertising itFirst review 7 years ago and this year I give a ZERO star because at 1am there I no food saying they are cleaning come back at 2 but they dont cook after 2am and told me to walk to Middleton for a free hot dog I called them and they said no we will not give you a free hot dog as instructed too do so

Note: This review was originally posted in April but at the wrong 7/11. This has now been corrected.The person working behind the counter from the Philippines was very friendly.There were six slush flavours, but two were out of order.A large slush is an even $3.00 after tax.Store was clean.Be careful walking in the surrounding neighbourhood after dark. I have had some interesting experiences over the years.

Terrible customer service. Sold me 6 wings and 3 wedges then told me it’s only 6 wings when it was written on the door 6 wings and 3 wedges even when I showed it to them refused to honour it. The wedges that came with my other order were terrible small and dark and dry. Wings were edible.

Slushies are great. I bought wings and wedges. The wings were cold and should have been taken off the shelf. The wedges were fresh, but burnt. The guy over charged me for the wedges. I won't go there for a snack again.

This place used to be amazing, for 30+ years.. i loved going to this location. It had the best employees. Come 2 years ago, they cleaned house and hired incompetent staff who would rather yell in their customers face, rather than admit that they made a MINOR error. I make the same purchase every couple days. I know my total and i have seen the issues with the 711 rewards... but don't yell at the customer when they say the total is wrong!. Figure it out.. or stop skimming money off of the customers.

Worst experience ever. Staff kept on talking with each other instead of serving the customers. I waited for a while and had to do self checkout at the end.

Poor supplies. Two days in a row no lids for drinks. 7/11 has a national reputation to be a one stop shop. Wings tasty. Food taste good. General customer service is good. Damn straws n lids these days.

I was yelled at by a man for carrying a 3lb puppy to buy something at the counter. I did not walk around, literally went to the counter. There was absolutely no reasok for this man to yell at me in front of a store full of people.I hope someone treats your daughter or your mother with the same level of respect you showed me.

I am a fan of 7 eleven milk tea but today when we purchased 3 milk teas and opened it up to drink it, it tasted really bad and the bottom of the cup was all clumpy. We realized that the three milk teas were EXPIRED a month ago! Imagine that, A MONTH AGO! We came 2mins later back to the store to report it. We had to have a long conversation with the girl in tha cashier just to get a refund and we were asked to pay again for the unexpired milk tea if we want to buy another one. No compensation! We have drank the 3 milkteas!!! Hopefully we do not get food poisoning, smh! It happened at around 4:30pm today! Hopefully they would take out all the expired items in their display!

Usually pretty good service and staffOnly complaint is the speaking of non English when customers are in the store.I don't care if you speak your languageJust not when engaging with a customer who doesn't understand what's being said while they are in the conversation and quite loudlyThat's all
