This place desperately needs security. There were a lot of sketchy people in and out of the store loitering.
I came in to celebrate 7/11 Day at all locations. I tried a Mountain Dew flavour. I don't think I would be back in here.
The staff was really friendly.
But please add security here for everyone's safety.

Thank you for explaining why there is no wedges at night. Hope the card machine could be updated to newer version. The homeless only comes at nights but pretty safe in the shop. The buffalo is still a bit too spicy for me lol

I really wish they would fix the app for points. Ever since their update it won't verify my phone number or email address. After 3 months, I am told the tech team is looking into it. If you don't keep using your points they automatically start deleting them.

Small and sketchy. This is closest convenience store to my house and I will often by pass it for safer locations with more selection. If you want something quick it will do but lock doors and guard your valuables.

While I was at this location there were quite a few junkies in the area, The 711 part of the store was a mess but the run hand express was lovely

I've been going here for a year now as it's the closest to my house. Recently I brought in a refill cup for a slurpee and told the lady at the counter it was a refill. She told me they no longer do special pricing for refills and I will have to pay full price for a new cup. But I wasn't allowed to take a new cup with me either. So I paid full price. Next time today I went back with my refill cup and told them at the counter it was a refill. They started saying they don't know if it is or not even though I showed them when I walked through the door. I know a new slurpee is $3 and a refill should cost less than that. So can someone please tell me why I was charged $5 for a refill slurpee? I'm assuming this is just this specific stores practices and I'll be going to a different one from now on for my slurpees, gas and everything else. I hope others read this and are aware that this specific store rips their customers off and steals from them. I'm not impressed in the slightest.

I go here everyday and the "sketchy" people never bother me in fact some of those homeless people are quite nice don't let the appearance fool you. They just want to be at a place where they feel safe. My experience in the store has always been good unfortunately when it gets busy in there people think the staff are lazy but this is just not true so blue moon esso gets a big ?

If I could give a zero start rating to the guy who works the night staff at blue moon esso I would, doesn't seem to want to do his job and has horrible customer service.

Just had a slurpee from here. I guess I grabbed the wrong kind of cup and I was charged for both a large slurpee and a small at the same time. No explanation given, just this is how it is apparently. Pretty disappointing for an out-of-province tourist to Vernon.

The staff and management are friendly, courteous and helpful.
Given the location, unfortunately many homeless people can make customers and staff uncomfortable. Dealing with difficult non-customers on a daily basis is handled respectfully by staff and management.
A great store and I'd not go anywhere else for daily coffee and snacks.

Horrible! They encourage crack heads to hang around, lazy, wont do anything to protect their customers who don't use drugs
