“Being new to Vernon, I asked around as to where I should buy a new microwave. Parnell's was recommended. I can't say enough on how pleased I am of our product and the service. I bought the item over the phone. The lady responding to my questions was knowledgeable and very helpful. In addition, the store arranged for someone to deliver ,install and remove the old item. This transpired within 28 hours. The installer ,Joey was polite and professional and clean. I plan to buy all future appliances from Parnell”
“I wanted to buy a quality vacuum with no gimmicks that will last a lifetime and not buy a subscription to a pyramid scheme. I got a German high quality vacuum that is as good as it gets. For an extremely reasonable price and customer service. If you want to buy a quality vacuum for less then you think you will have to spend go here and buy something that will last a lifetime.
Not to mention the vacuum I got doesn't tip over when you pull on the suction hose it just rolls along the floor like you would expect. Should have gone here 10 years ago.”
“Brought my IPhone to London Drugs, because I was having an issue with it. The tech staff there are fantastic, especially Brian! He was so helpful and shared knowledge while we waited for my phone to reset.”
