“I have a 2013 Ford escape and it's never been in a garage except for drive through oil changes and I am very impressed with it. But now it started overheating and so I towed it to a local garage 3 different time, the first time they found a slow leak in the tube as it was running though the thermostat housing but the 2 times after I had it towed they could not find anything. So I went to Watkins to see if they could help. I will admit I was hesitant to go to a dealership as I have not had pleasant experiences many years ago when i first purchased mine. But I was so very pleasantly surprised by Watkins service department and I believe the person I was talking to was the manager of that area. It was a really great experience, they gave me a shuttle ride home while they investigated and did a really thorough diagnostic. They found alot of debris in the rad, but still not sure if that was the cause. She said no to worry because if it happened again I just needed to call them and they would come get me from where ever it overheated which made me feel really safe and looked after. I will continue to use this dealership because of the excellent caring customer service and the friendly people who work there.”
“I was super impressed that they had an "allergy car. No perfume or animals allowed in the car for the next person. Well Im not allergic to animals but I AM allergic to synthetic scents. Out of respect, I did not allow my dogs in the car. I dont use perfume. The next person after me got to enjoy the courtesy car as much as I did.
