“We are on an out-of-province family vacation, stopped in Vernon for a couple of nights when our car started making some very unsettling noises. We found Altech Auto & the amazing reviews on Google, who just happened to be less than 1km away from our hotel. Phil answered his phone on holiday Monday & told us he would move some appointments around to get us in early Tuesday morning. We feared the worst but, after a test drive & quick diagnosis & repair,, we were set to continue on our road trip. Phil is a great guy, amazing customer service, knows his stuff! And he’s clearly a great member of his community. Thanks isn’t enough!! Phil is the hero of our holidays!”

“We dealt with Ryley Pope in July of 2024, when we purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. Our experience with Ryley Pope was nothing but positive. One of the biggest positives for us was that we gave him a monthly payment that we were comfortable with and not once did he try to show us cars that would have been over our payment. We found that to be very refreshing that he did not try to push us into something that we did not want. Our overall experience with Ryley was positive. He was very knowledgeable and if there was something he did not know, he would quickly find the answer. We plan on and hope to continue dealing with Hyundai in the future.”

“My car had misfires in multiple cylinders, as I am from out of town I didn't have a clue where to take it. A strange recommended this shop, called them, was told to bring it in. They would look at it, they called this am explained what was wrong, fixed it right away. Great rates, very polite staff. He even suggested what I would need to replace when I got back to my home town. Highly recommend this shop!

Richard got us in the very next morning, diagnosed the problem, and made the repairs in time for us to be able to check out of our place. Did an oil change at the same time. He was great to work with and we greatly appreciate that he helped us on such short notice.Services: Brakes”
“Took my daughter’s fiat in to get a second option. Okanagan Chrysler told me I needed a new turbo for almost $3800 but it wasn’t worth fixing and I should just trade it in. The guys at Progressive had a good look and said it just needed some minor adjustments and returned to default settings. The car runs better now than we first bought it 18 months ago. If the turbo ever decides to die, I will take it to these guys in a heartbeat. They saved me over $3500 as they only charged me an hour labour and shop fees, around $245. It’s nice to know that there are still honest and fair garages out there. They treated my daughter with respect which has rarely been the case with other shops. Would recommend to anyone looking for repairs or advise for their vehicle.”

“I highly recommend T&J Automotive. Trent was responsive and helpful when I was looking for someone to install new tires. Then he found me a MUCH better deal on a new set of quality brand-name winter tires, so I returned the ones I'd bought and booked an appointment with him. My rear brakes/calipers needed to be replaced as well, and I'd been quoted an absurd amount by one of the big tire chains. He was flexible/accommodating when I was delayed with work, and when I dropped the car off, I was in and out in 2 hours, and I saved a significant amount of $$$ compared to what I was quoted at KT. Much appreciated Trent!”
“I have dealt with Dave twice and find him to be innovative, quick and knowledgeable. First time he came to my house and solved my broken hood release so I could get to my dead battery. Yesterday I was stuck halfway in a repair and after being told by a large shop in town that they couldn't help me, got hold of Dave, went to his shop and 30" later I rolled home problem solved. So yes I do recommend him.”

“Got some new tires for my truck here last week. 10/10 experience. They didn't have the size I wanted in stock, so instead of trying to sell me on a compromise, they found the tires in the size I wanted in one of their warehouses back east and said they could get them shipped to their location. Within 2 weeks, they had the tires and had me scheduled in to get them installed.
When I dropped my truck off, the advisor at the desk asked if I wanted a wheel alignment and I said to do it if it needs it. When I picked up my truck, I was told the alignment looked good and they didn't have to do anything else. I was expecting a charge for the "alignment check" which is pretty common at a lot of shops. When I looked at my invoice, I saw "no charge" next to alignment check. It's the little things like this that will keep me coming back to Kal for tires in the future.”
