“L Stop Auto did an outstanding job on our VW Atlas! We needed to have the engine replaced, and they handled the entire job professionally from start to finish. They were honest, transparent, and never tried to upsell us on unnecessary repairs.
The repair took a little longer than originally expected, but that was completely outside of their control. As a kind gesture, they gave our vehicle a complimentary interior and exterior detailing, and they did an amazing job. Our Atlas looked brand new when we picked it up!

“One of my tires was deflating very slowly, so I suspected there was an issue. I took it to OK Tire in Vernon the following day. They found a staple in the tire, removed it, and patched it in under 30 minutes. I’ll definitely be returning to them for tire service in the future.”
“I needed a new set of tires for a trip and Tireland came through quickly, with an awesome choice and next day service. They took the time to find me a set of tires with a rebate. I'm very happy with my service there.
I bought winter tires from them 2 years ago and they've been amazing. My friend bought tires there too and when her vehicle was diagnosed a week later with a dead transmission, they gave her a very good refund. They certainly didn't have to do that.
I swap my own tires at home and still they let me drive in and retork my tires. 100% recommend!! (They also will store tires).”

“I’ve been struggling with death wobble for months now, others shops not being able to diagnose the problem. I called Okanagan Custom Trucks and they offered a same day free inspection. On that inspection they found bolts missing on my steering stabilizer, threw some on there and sent me on my way without needing a penny. Super professional and honest company. Highly recommend!”

“Took my daughter’s fiat in to get a second option. Okanagan Chrysler told me I needed a new turbo for almost $3800 but it wasn’t worth fixing and I should just trade it in. The guys at Progressive had a good look and said it just needed some minor adjustments and returned to default settings. The car runs better now than we first bought it 18 months ago. If the turbo ever decides to die, I will take it to these guys in a heartbeat. They saved me over $3500 as they only charged me an hour labour and shop fees, around $245. It’s nice to know that there are still honest and fair garages out there. They treated my daughter with respect which has rarely been the case with other shops. Would recommend to anyone looking for repairs or advise for their vehicle.”
“While on a road trip through the southern interior we recently had a breakdown of our classic vehicle, on the outskirts of Vernon. With the help of the tow operator from Vernon towing we discovered Mark at Mark IV. His response to our situation was immediate, staying past closing to diagnose the issue. Although clearly very busy, he made time to make the repair and get us back on our road trip the next day. Friendly, knowledgeable (especially with respect to classic British cars, a rare commodity these days), and helpful (he drove us to our VRBO the day we broke down), I do not hesitate to recommend Mark as a class act.
