“I took my little corolla in recently for brand new tires. I admit that, in a moment of distraction, I jumped a curb last year and damaged one tire pretty good while also breaking a bumper clip. I felt so stupid and was so worried that the folks at the tire place would give me a hard time for it. My fears were unfounded as the employees here are professionals. I never once was made to feel stupid and they did their work quickly!! I was also given a ride back to my workplace while they replaced my tires which was a nice bonus. I also noticed today that they must have also popped my bumper back into place as well as it is no longer pulling away from the frame. A big thanks to the Big O Tire team in Vernon!!”

“One of my tires was deflating very slowly, so I suspected there was an issue. I took it to OK Tire in Vernon the following day. They found a staple in the tire, removed it, and patched it in under 30 minutes. I’ll definitely be returning to them for tire service in the future.”

“Just took my dodge journey. In to get it a once over and just like my old jeep. Chris and his team did a awesome job for. Once again.. i found out the dodge journey needs some work done on it. And they also have for me four sets of good tires going on it soon. If anyone is looking for a honest company to get work done on there vehicle. Save yourself time and money and call them or better still go see them in person.”

“My Budget rental car tire sensor said the rear tire was low at 23 psi. Fountain Tire checked the tire thoroughly and found no defect or puncture so re-mounted the tire and all was good. No charge. How great to experience such a top notch service!”

“We just got new Falken A/T4W tires for our Travato Camper van. Joel was wonderful, very friendly and attentive to our concerns, as we have had questionable service from other shops in the past. He gave us a fair price and the job was done in a timely manner. We do not live in Vernon, BC or even in BC, but we would not hesitate to return to this location for service in the future if it was required, and we would definitely be looking for Joel should the eventuality ever occur.”

“My car was making a squealing sound when cold starting. I expected my serpentine belt needed to be replaced so booked an early appointment this morning to address it and get my tires rotated. I was told they would have it done by noon. Barely made it home before I got the call the belt had just slipped out of place and it was all resolved. Less than an hour and $30 for the service. I’ve always had a good experience with Kal Tire but was super happy this morning with the quick service, friendly staff and affordable pricing.”

“I stopped into KalTire because my car suddenly started screaming, yup screaming. Terrifying metal on metal high pitched screaming. It was 10 mins to close and the gentlemen there immediately stopped to help me. There was no ‘10 min to close’ attitude at all (which, I would have completely understood!) - they were kind and gracious and sorted the issue out in no time. Thank you so much, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you all! I have already shared this story with a handful of people and figured I should let you all know too - your team is solid gold!”
