“One of my tires was deflating very slowly, so I suspected there was an issue. I took it to OK Tire in Vernon the following day. They found a staple in the tire, removed it, and patched it in under 30 minutes. I’ll definitely be returning to them for tire service in the future.”
“I took my little corolla in recently for brand new tires. I admit that, in a moment of distraction, I jumped a curb last year and damaged one tire pretty good while also breaking a bumper clip. I felt so stupid and was so worried that the folks at the tire place would give me a hard time for it. My fears were unfounded as the employees here are professionals. I never once was made to feel stupid and they did their work quickly!! I was also given a ride back to my workplace while they replaced my tires which was a nice bonus. I also noticed today that they must have also popped my bumper back into place as well as it is no longer pulling away from the frame. A big thanks to the Big O Tire team in Vernon!!”

I was told they would have it done by noon. Barely made it home before I got the call the belt had just slipped out of place and it was all resolved. Less than an hour and $30 for the service. I’ve always had a good experience with Kal Tire but was super happy this morning with the quick service, friendly staff and affordable pricing.”

It was 10 mins to close and the gentlemen there immediately stopped to help me.
There was no ‘10 min to close’ attitude at all (which, I would have completely understood!) - they were kind and gracious and sorted the issue out in no time.
