I read some reviews before I decided to try the shop out.. I wanted the rear window on Colorado replaced. I asked if they cleaned up all glass as it was everywhere, they said of course....so I got them to replace it.I made 1st appointment for Friday...they canceled..windows didn't arrive....made 2nd appointment for Tuesday....I showed up at 8:30...guess what no window... I was a little pissed no phone call, nothing... they called later had ordered a new replacement to bring truck in Friday for repairs....Finally going to get fixed!!! They call in afternoon all finished,cleaned, washed ready to go..I get home and go to install rear seat cover and doggy bed and behind seat is still covered in glass went to call ...CLOSED!!!! I'll be there Monday morning for them to finish the work

I brought my vehicle in after I had a run in with a dear. From the first call to set up an appointment to the last call it was a pleasurable experience. This team are true pro's! The front office staff, the workmanship and just overall experience was top notch. If you want to make the best out of a bad situation (car accident) deal with Bannister Collision Vernon!!! I had a great experience at Bannister. They were accommodating and made the process of getting my vehicle fixed a breeze. The courtesy car was great. What truly was the cherry on top though was the look of my car when I picked it up. It hasn't looked this good since I bought I sure. Thank you so much for making my car beautiful again, inside and out.

I’m so impressed with this company! I called at 9 am to get an estimate for damage done to my car they got my car in right away! Very friendly and helpful staff members! My car was in and out and it looks like new again! I will be back for any collision or windshield repairs! I highly recommend them! Thank you for a job well done! Outstanding work!

The staff at Bannister Collision Vernon are extraordinarily! Customer Service Excellence! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We took our Honda CRV in to have the windshield replaced and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful. Not only did they fix our windshield they cleaned our vehicle too. My husband and I were extremely impressed and really appreciated the 5 star service - thank you to the Banniater Collision & Glass Center Team!

Good eveningYou guys did a very good job to my 2013 white Hyundai accentI really appreciate all the help and how fast your teamI just have a questionI did take my car from the repair shop today February 2nd 2024And I did return the courtesy carThe guy there is really very nice and helped me a lot I did sign a paper for the repair but he didn't give me any paper to sign for the courtesy car is that okay because maybe he forgot to give me a paper to sign that I did returned the courtesy carI did return it with 3/4tank gas as I received it and in the same shape as I received it you guys did really very good jobHave a great weekend

They put the wrong control arm on one side of my truck... i had two different size and angle control arms on the front end. Theres no way they safety check their work or do alignments since they didnt even notice two completely different control arms with different angles on either side. Didnt even fix the rest of the issues and steering rack broke within warranty period but they refused to honor warranty as the shop manager told me over the phone i probably abused the truck offroad so he voided all warranty without even seeing the truck. Honestly surprised theyre allowed to work on vehicles.

If my review is still here, it means the situation was never rectified.I got into an ICBC appraisal done two months ago. After a month, I followed up with ICBC and they still had not received the claim. After a week of phone tag, Bannister said they said they just submitted it to ICBC. A month later, my car is still broken, ICBC has still not received the appraisal (two months after the appraisal), and I’m still playing phone tag. I’d go elsewhere but they have the photos from right after the collision that still have hair from the deer in them. It doesn’t seem like they can manage their workload so you’d be helping them out by taking your business elsewhere.
