Such a wonderful team to work with, I was assisted by Vihaan, Brendan, and Que, and I cannot recommend this location enough to anyone looking to get into a reliable, high quality vehicle. All 3 of these folks were so helpful throughout the entire process. They were so thorough in helping to meet my needs, and to work out an option that fit best. Navigating a first time purchase was a breeze, and each member of their team was bright and so friendly. I recently had the pleasure of working with Dale, a sales associate at this Honda dealership, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Dale was exceptional in every aspect. He remembered all the details I mentioned and followed up with me exactly when he said he would. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, everything I had asked for was ready and waiting. Dale was incredibly understanding of my needs and made sure everything was taken care of.
I also want to give a shoutout to Que, the finance associate, who was incredibly patient with all my questions and always super cheerful to talk to. Her positive attitude made the financing process much smoother and more enjoyable.
Lastly, a big thank you to Brendan, the sales manager, who made it all happen by finding the exact vehicle I wanted. His dedication and effort ensured I got exactly what I was looking for.
I highly recommend this dealership, especially if you get the chance to work with Dale, Que, and Brendan!

Bought my car back in February 2024, had a fairly big crack in the windshield when bought was offered a $1000 credit on the car which was great. On the drive back to my home city that night realized the car was missing a headlight guess they just didn’t see that during their inspection. Second day of owning the car wouldn’t start up, was told to go buy a battery and they would reimburse me for it they then told me to bring it to the local bannister in my city for repairs, the bannister in my city was great and fixed it. I then ask about the reimbursement for the battery since there are no returns on car batteries, from there they avoided all calls and texts from me and then promised a cheque in the mail that never got sent and I when I was not able to contact them through my number I tried another and they just said the cheque was on its way. After about a month I just thought forget it. As the time of writing (September 2024) this vehicle has been nothing but a burden with many cosmetic and mechanical issues. I would not come to this dealership!

Because I’m an out of towner, I used my friend’s referral to talk to Jason. We texted the details back and forth as he tracked down my brand new, sexy HRV from another dealership. Two weeks later, he personally drove it closer to me to make everything easier on me. I truly appreciated his sense of humour, quick responses and true delight over the awesome product and features that he delivered.
Another important note-as a person whose anxiety goes through the roof over these things, Jason could not have made it any more stress free. I will also add that Que, the finance person, was similarly professional and fun.

Working with vihaan sharma was an absolute pleasure! Vihaan is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The best part – vihaan stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend you talk to vihaan if you are considering buying a new or previously owned automobile. Additionally finance manager quay is a great person she really helped me in getting lease.

From our online search, to phone call inquiry, to in person details our salesperson Dale was professional and supportive. He listened to our requirements and did a stellar job of finding a choice of vehicles to consider. Never pushy, always polite and professional, and even going the extra mile. We had to drive in from 2 hrs away to take a test drive so I asked him to hold onto the vehicle till we got there. He did and was there to meet us when we arrived.
I also appreciated the manager, Brendan, who was in contact with us even before we arrived and was pleasant and personable while totally up front and professional in his dealings with us.
From beginning to end it was an enjoyable experience buying a vehicle from this company and we felt we drove out with the best car at the best price. I would be proud and enthusiastic to recommend working with this dealership.

I would highly recommend Bannister Honda in Vernon if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. This was my second purchase from this dealership and both times were a pleasure. Vihaan and Brendan conducted themselves with true professionalism and they both were very knowledgeable in answering all my questions. This was the first time a salesperson has accompanied me on a test drive and Vihaan was incredibly helpful, friendly and enjoyable. Bannister Honda facilitated an extremely smooth and fast transaction for the purchase of the vehicle. 5 out of 5 stars in my book.

Extremely disappointed with the service at Bannister. Quite frankly, I'm not impressed with Honda as a business in general for several reasons but I'll keep this review about this particular service department. We brought in our son's Honda Civic because the airbag light was on. They told us that we needed a particular part and gave him the price. Well he found the part online for much cheaper and sent away for it but it didn't arrive and Honda Parts refused to refund him but that is a whole other story. So in the end he had to get the part through Bannister. All of this had to be done in order to pass out of province inspection to get BC insurance. We had had the vehicle looked over by another shop and we were certain it would pass if this part was fixed. Well, it didn't fix it and then we were told it was actually another part that needed ordering. So, now my is out $1000 which apparently he just donated to Honda because there was no previous refund and now we were told by Bannister that because this part was electrical there was nothing they could do about it either. (Although when we asked if they could please do something, we were told they would look into it and give us a call...which we never got. Big shocker there.) Anyway, they put the other part in and then proceeded to give him another quote to fix the air conditioning and a couple of other things in order to pass the inspection!!! Another $2700 for more work and let me tell you he's already put at least that in it to get what needed fixing done. (Not including the $1000 he generously donated to Honda! Yes, I'm being sarcastic, sorry!) So, as everyone knows, you do not need air conditioning fixed in order to pass inspection. Perhaps Bannister is not used to servicing a lot of their vehicles (because, I admit, they are darn good vehicles on average), so they feel the need to lie about what actually needs doing in order to drum up business. Very sad! My son's car is a 2007 and not even worth the amount he has had to put out to get what's needed fixed let alone all the extras. Needless to say, we will never go back to this Honda service department and will certainly warn others. We have found an honest shop that has helped us through this. Only reason we had to keep dealing with Bannister is because they had to reset the air bag etc. Awful place!
