Ya I won't be going back, the last 5 times going there, there staff are kids that still don't have a clue when they are asked guestion about things they should know just by working there, I takes longer each time going in to top up my phone, this time I ask and needed someone to put all my pictures on an SD card , and you need a laptop to do so, so when I asked her if she could do that for me...of course she had to go over to zh r geek squad to get her answer, I guess she had to wait in a line to get the answer, she was gone for about 10 minutes, and the line up was getting longer and longer, and the vary young gentleman was dealing with the same customer buying a cell phone for over a half hour, so when the girl gets back, she came right out and said we don't do anything like that here , I replied back , you sure do ,or at least did because you had to go over to that lab top right over there, when I first bought my phone to set it up on a computer...so anyway with all the people lined up behind me, I said back to her , I just talked to my phone carrier that I just paid you 156 dollars for, and they told me on the phone, to just come down here and you would do it for me for FREE...well her next words were sorry I can't help you ..I came back with... well I guess I will be going to someone who will help me, and she said ok fine, you do that ..needless to say... I will not be going back to be treated like that, sorry people, I hate doing a negative review, but it is what it is.. so I will find another place that will value my business...to you all...have yourself a good day...?see you on my next review..

Bought something with extended warranty because I was told I could bring it back to the store for exchange. Found out today that was a lie and I have to do it online and mail the defective item in. Go somewhere where they are at least honest.

A lot of items are out of stock. They said they could order the item but I would have to pay a shipping fee to have shipped to the store. Even suggested that I drive to Kelowna to purchase the item. Ordered from Amazon instead. Free shipping and less trouble.Edited: The bestbuy.ca/contact-us link bring you to their home page!!! Impossible to contact them

Give Rueben a raise!!!!!He was amazing and compassionate during a very difficult buyer’s remorse and number ports.Despite have multiple meltdowns and having to leave the store several times, he maintained composure and went above and beyond to help during this incredibly stressful situation.Seriously give him a raise!!!!

The people in the store or nice because their sales people trying to sell you stuff, trying to get any kind of customer service help over the phone or online is an absolute nightmare, and they don't seem to be able to answer your questions. Not to mention it says if you order something online and live in the country, they're going to drop it at the end of your driveway for somebody else to steal. I don't even know how this business is still open.

Had the worst customer service experience, I bought a portable A/C for full price and a week after the unit went on sale and I finally got a chance to make it back in for the 30 day price back guaranteed and they said they don’t up hold past sales within the 30 garunteed. I find baffling that a company will market price back and affordability but can’t back date and reference to their own sales. Called head office they were no help either waiting for a manager call back which can take 3 days apparently. This place is upsetting and needs to learn better customer service.

Won’t honour the price of the product on the tag even though the description and the barcode numbers match. Then when you return they require all your personal information to do the return or they won’t return the item.

young boys wearing shorts with best buy logo taking photos with their cell phones of peacefully shopping customers and laughing about it at vernon bc canada store complaints to best buy head office produced nothing with promises that store manager will phone went nowhere this illegal activities are actually supported by this store and when shoppers looking for assistance those young dudes walking around doing nothing refusing to help even when customers politly asking for assistance wow what a horrible store that definitly should be closed down by the city hall who needs services like this ????????

Call the store and listen to an automated message but never have the opportunity to talk to some one in store. The store phone number gets you nowhere! Call the 1866 number and they refuse to provide me pricing for services. Absolute garbage service with zero respect for the customer. I mean, do you want my money?What a useless company
