The very pleasant and kind blonde lady at the front desk explains things very well. She is never demeaning or rude in anyway. Unfortunately she was busy when I went in enquiring about sending a package back and so a shorter dark hair woman was working as well. She was immediately rude and demeaning. I can honestly say I have never been talked to in that manner. I won’t be back and not that that will make any difference whatsoever to this Canada Post. Thank you to the employees there that do their job well and treat their customers well.
I went to a different Canada Post outlet. What a difference, I was greeted with a smile and the very helpful employee had no problem assisting me getting my package mailed. This is where I will choose to go, going forward.

They lost my Passport and refused to tell me the pin location of my package. It is unacceptable. It wasn't the first time earlier it was just a $50 Sephora package so I ignored it but this time it was my passport. They are not even responding to my phone calls. They didn't even asked for signature on such an important package. Worst service ever!!!!!!!

I had to go file a complaint about my carrier. She refuses to deliver the mail if I don't park more than 3.5ft away from my walkway. She says too hard to get by yet she squeezes buy my truck shimmying sideways. Pathetic really!!

The ladys were rock stars had to return medic alert unit to Telus after a beloved Family member passed away . I didnt have a box , or address but they helped me they printed Telus label pre -paid postage(free ) and even found a box.Very kind and considetate during a hard time .Thank You compassion.5 Stars all day long .
