“Our family was on a 3-day trip to Vernon when our car suddenly developed a mechanical problem. We had to find a way back to Vancouver, but every transportation option we tried failed. We were traveling with our 8-month-old baby and my elderly parents, so it was a very stressful situation.

Even though they were facing a vehicle shortage and their normal policy only allowed one-way rentals in limited situations, the manager and staff took the time to understand our circumstances. Unfortunately, my experience with the Enterprise location at Kelowna Airport was completely different. The manager there was rude, unhelpful, and showed no empathy for our situation. It was disappointing to receive such poor customer service from another branch of the same company.
