They go above and beyond to help find items, including hard-to-find sizes, and will try to source discontinued products. Their new location is great. Customers appreciate that the listed price is the final price, with all taxes included. Many note it is one of the last true cowboy stores, with a terrific selection. Service includes fast shipping, with a treat sometimes included in the box. Customers consistently plan to return.
I am so impressed with the customer service and the selection at Cowboys Choice! I went in Saturday looking for a certain cowboy bootie. I showed them a picture of the boots I wanted and they were willing to bring them in for me or at least try because they are discontinued. I will definitely be back! Thank you.
