“This is not an exaggeration; probably one of my best shopping experiences in life, best customer service ever. Recently there, I asked Darlene if they had X and Y. She went straight into the back and brought me exactly what I was looking for. The items were not out on the floor currently, so I really appreciated that. And she's done this multiple times. Maybe the best experience, though, was when I bought a large cabinet. Linda tried to help me fit it into my car's trunk. It wouldn't fit, so she went right back into Restore and asked all the shoppers if one of them had a truck and would be willing to transport it for me!! Guy came out, helped me load it, and the delivery was done, and with many thanks. This kind of positive experience is almost unheard of. So, big thanks to the people of Vernon Restore.”
