This gym is absolutely awesome.
Jen from the child minding room is amazing with the little kids, and having this service available during my postpartum period had a very positive impact on my mental health during a really difficult transition.
I would recommend this gym to any new mom.

Our family was traveling and found this gem of a gym for a week drop-in. The facility was so well equipped, both cardio and weight equipment. Lots of space for studio and spin work. Program offerings were well rounded. Most importantly, this gym is the cleanest one we’ve ever been in. The tops of machines and the floors were regularly cleaned, creating an even better atmosphere. We can’t say enough, thank you for making our workouts enjoyable and possible!

Ladies world is such a comfortable place to be. The staff are always kind and working so hard to maintain how clean the gym is! They deserve recognition as it’s not as easy job. As someone who was not comfortable in a gym or lifting weights I decided to hire Christine for a 4 pack of training. Those 4 sessions gave me the confidence to go lift weights consistently for the past year. Christine has been such a huge part of that and I’m very grateful. You’ll never feel judged by her and she will meet you where you’re at. I’ve since hired her for another package and know I won’t regret it. Next steps… try out another world health location…

Ladies World Vernon is AMAZING!!
I have felt intimidated and uncomfortable in EVERY other gym I’ve ever entered, but there is such a good vibe at Ladies World and it’s so CLEAN !! Thank you to the friendly staff and friendly clients but special-extra-appreciative shout out to Christine Graham - the absolute best personal trainer in our universe!! She is a life-changing force and I look forward to our workout sessions EVERY time !! I also am enjoying the Saturday Zumba class very much - thank you Desiree!

I tried several gyms before committing; Ladies World definitely came out on top. The machines vary in age and function, and there’s always one available. The free weight stations are fully stocked, and there is typically room for all. The yoga classes are some of the best I’ve been to in the last 30 years. I love that the classrooms can be used by us when there’s no class happening. I feel 100% comfortable at Ladies World. The age range and level of fitness of others truly doesn’t phase me or anyone I know that attends. Upper teens to 100 seems to be the average age:) The cost is well worth the amount of enjoyment and fitness I get there. Also, it’s literally the cleanest friendliest gym I’ve been to. For reference, I’m an active 52 year old and have been at LW for 3+ years.

I was so impressed with the atmosphere of this gym. I was matched with a trainer that was perfect for me and tried a few classes. Great bike class and the yin yoga class as also amazing. i highly recommend this gym!

Ladies world is my favourite gym and I have been to many. The machines are always accessible and it’s never too busy. My 3 year old loves the kid care and is constantly asking to go play at the gym ❤️

Love the trainers, class instructors and front staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Plus I like that this is a women’s only gym.
