Took 20 minutes for a sales rep to ask if we needed any help, while trying on steel toed boots! Other than that the store is well laid out & stocked up with many styles in the varying sizes for men & women alike. Marks is not just for work attire anymore there's a great selection of jeans, tops,shoes, accessories & more , from familiar brands like silver, Levi's, timberland & shambala.

The younger girls at the til were very friendly but the older woman in the shoes section was just rude and unable to answer of my questions. She also "greeted" me by barking at me to leave the shoes I had just tried on so she could put them away. No hello. I was going to buy them but ok? Guess I'll order online.

It’s really hit and miss with the staff behind the counter. They all need customer service training. The other day Dan was the one to ring in our purchases. Slow as molasses and snippy. While I like the quality and pricing of most products at Marks this store needs to have staff interested in their job and providing better customer service

I shop here often, good quality durable menswear for work and casual that fit us big tall guys to a t. Sales staff was attentive and on point and the gal at the check out was cheerful and on the ball. Well done, I'll be back.

Went in with my son to buy boots. Not one sales person even acknowledged us. We left and went to Sportchek and had much better service.
