Very professional company. Floor runners used everything was wrapped well. Half the price of other competitors. They were also very efficient with time. Would highly recommend Points West Moving.

They arrived 4 hours late, didn't have the proper equipment to protect our furniture, this resulted in damage to one of our expensive dresser, also they had no floor protection pads so they messed up the floors and carpet all over the house. The crews where polite and hard working to a level to be expected from movers.We paid good money for a service that was over sold by Dennis, we made a claim to them to have the scratches repaired on our dresse, to be followed up on the answer of the claim from them.

I do not recommended this moving company, we used them for moving/storage, and when we received our belongs, we had to deal with mouse droppings in many of items, in some cases it was so bad, we tossed out furniture. To make matters worse, Points West Moving refused to cover any damages.
