This place definitely needs to double check thier staff! Who treats the elderly so cruel! All he wanted was help with his jugs?? my family will never shop at a place that allows thier employees treat customers so poorly! Especially the elderly ??

Save On Vernon Village Green
My 70 year old Indigenous wife was harassed and followed in the store. She was buying a birthday cake and flowers. She was followed to cashier. My wife is small and was intimidated. My wife is well respected in our community of Fernie. BC for 30 years. My wife was upset for days by this assault.
Must be very poor management.

I went in for a few items and was astonished at the lack of customer service. No word of a lie, I asked 4 different employees where something was and the response I received was, “I don’t know, it’s not my department” and they went on working without even a care in the world.
WTH happened to customer service?? “I don’t know sir, but let me find out for you!”
Just a suggestion, but perhaps we can train the employees to learn the store, get things done and be helpful. I just couldn’t believe I was left to my own devices to aimlessly wander around trying to locate the item after asking 4 different employees! Brutal.
