UPDATE:
Penticton police found it at a homeless camp in Penticton. Apparently the thieves drove a work van into Sentinel storage lot and stole many items that night.
Unfortunately have to change my 5 star review. Someone stole my husband's motorcycle from the storage lot. If anyone sees a Yamaha XT250 with rockstar graphics kit anywhere, report to the police. Thanks

Very responsive customer service. They actually return calls and emails promptly and bend over backwards when you have any kind of issue. Bonus: they are ready and able to help you back up your trailer during office hours as part of their service. I highly recommend.
