I wanted to spend five or $10 tonight but I only spent two because that’s all I had for cash on me . I think I’ve tried every bay you have, and the card reader doesn’t work. I read other reviews where you said it’s been going on for a few weeks but it’s been a lot longer than that so I will just go down the street from now on

I used to come here regularly, because closer to home. But I’ve stopped because I learned that other cash wash accepts debit or credit card. There is an option but machine is not working. I've tried all of the bays, and none of them accept credit cards. In today’s world, it’s really inconvenient to have to withdraw cash just to get a car wash. The wash itself is fine, but the hassle of dealing with cash every time makes it not worth it. Until they fix the payment system, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

For one, great customer service!!! My coin wasn't grabbing in the coin slot, so the employee came out and gave me a free wash. While I was there, he suggested that I try the spot free rinse because I had said I brought my shammy to dry my 4-Runner as I hate the white spots if I dont dry her off. He could see I was hesitant because I've tried it before at another carwash, but he said 'humor me, give it a shot'
I didn't dry my truck and drove home. I was blown away at the surface of the paint AND windows. I would have never believed that it worked as well as it did if I didn't try it for myself. ZERO SPOTS
I humored him, but it humbled me! I will be using Silver Star car wash spot free rinse from now on. Thanks Jason!!

A few weeks ago l washed my suv there and.....omgggg....NO REAL WATER PRESSURE.
Had to spend more money to wash n rise my suv.
I WILL GO ELSE WHERE.
We have 2 vehicles and will never return there.
It's a pure RIP OFF car wash !!

Terrible car wash hense why no line ups, tried a few different times hoping for change since on the way home , water is not hot very little pressure and card machines to pay do not work, why bother turn up your boilers or get more capacity, it doesn't clean unless brush and who in their right mind would a brush to paint when no heat in water to cut grime, do better won't try again like most

I have been using this car wash for about a year to run dirty vehicles through for my Detailing business. And last week I tried to put a $50 bill into the cash exchange and because I go there so often I thought that will be fine but the machine jammed. There was no sign stating that the machine doesn’t take anything higher than $20 bill. I immediately called them and explain to them what happened and the guy I talked to said that’s fine I can leave and they will call me back when it’s sorted out. I had to run back my shop so therefore I couldn’t wait 15 minutes for them.Then, during the time that I was gone, the machine spit out my $50 bill, and someone else took it. In my opinion, they are still at fault because their machine jammed.They reviewed the camera footage and said there’s nothing they can do about it even though I believe they are at fault because their machine jammed.I appreciate them giving me the details but they should have returned my $50.

Car wash isn't great, I could probably urinate with about as much pressure as what comes out of the wand, bays weren't very clean (it wasn't busy) and the foam brush came out like water with a few bubbles mixed in. Last time I was here was in August figured maybe they were having issues. Returned again late December and again same experience and on top of that no attendant to be found on site, doors wide open. Probably won't return

Wouldn’t even try and wash my lawn mower at this place next time. Pulled into a bay. Tried to use the credit swipe to start the wash. tried 3 different types of credit cards none would work. Then walk over to the office to get some wash tokens. Found the doors to the main office locked and no staff member around to assist you. Waited for 10 minute then decided to leave. Very poor way to run a business
