I made 2 trips to the main branch; Saturdays Dec. 23rd, and 30th.I checked the website both times and it showed "open", only to drive in and fit it "closed". (These dates are not stat holidays).The updated hours were posted on a sign at the branch, but the website was not updated. You had to drive in to the branch to find out it was closed.

Well they closed the one on Okanagan Landing Road, so now I have to go to this right downtown Vernon, it is only my second time to go into the newly restored Credit Union, and now I'm meeting all new lady Tellers, witch is nice, but the best part of it is ,the bank is only a few blocks from where I live, it's Great *** if haven't got a bank in Vernon, you should check it out...Thank-you and have a Great Day...????????

I went into the bank to open a business account today and was helped by Linda. Although she couldn't open a business account at this location, she took the time to contact the other branch and arrange for us to go there. Very pleasant experience and great service.

Vantage One has been my bank, in the Okanagan Landing, for 13 years now. I am saddened by the news of this Branch being closed. The staff were always so helpful and courteous, making a trip to the bank worth it, every time! With the renovations, currently going on in the downtown location, the timing of closing this branch is very poor. The long lines at the only open branch (North End) are an inconvenience, for lunch break banking. Considering closing my account now...

My wife fell due to a poorly maintained Sidewalk at the rear entrance of the building.
The Staff when informed of the problem was at best uncaring and abrasive the following day the broken side walk was not repaired or marked.
