I want to thank Vernon Towing for a very professional job at moving my tool box. I had the company previously move my large 72"x72" tool box and this time i had Andrew move it and was able to transport it without issue to my home. I can't thank them enough as moving the box is no easy task but without a roll back flat deck it's impossible to move anywhere due to the weight fully loaded with tools. Thank you again Andrew at Vernon Towing !

We had excellent service from Vernon Towing, the tow truck arrived on time and promptly loaded the vehicle onto the truck.The Tow Truck Driver, Andrew, was very courteous and we had a good chat on the drive from Vernon to Kelowna. Andrew also informed me that we could claim a partial refund for the tow from ICBC, which was something we didn't know we could do. I would highly recommend using Vernon Towing

Nathan from Vernon towing just left with my Silverado. I live up a windy steep drive way. I couldn’t even watch as he hooked it up and took it down. He was super courteous and professional. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs their vehicle towed.

There hours are 8:30 to 5:30
Would give them zero stars but it’s not an option
They always fluctuate their hours so don’t trust their website

so the guy doing my tow didn't check if the E brake was on and it was, so as my friend and I were following him we noticed smoking, literal smoke, coming from the vehicle and we had to call him to pull over. we also pulled over to watch and he went into my car and noticed that the E break was on and just casually said "oh sorry" and got back into his truck and moved on. he said nothing when we got to the destination aside from "usually if the E break is on it gives more resistance so i didn't think it was on." isn't it his job to get into the car and make sure of these things? I'm extremely disappointed as now i have more issues to my car than what we started with. shouldn't have had to pay for a service like that when you probably messed up my tires for good. the smell of burning rubber was still there when we got to the destination. not happy with the service.

Such a great experience last weekend! Called in as my car quit on the road and needed a tow. They got me in right away and were super friendly on the phone. The tow truck driver was so kind to me and tested to make sure my battery was connecting. Figured out the issue for me and then made sure I got to the garage I was looking for. Amazing customer service.

I just want to put a big shout out to Nate! He was absolutley fantastic! Not only did he rescue our flipped on its side truck but he did it in such a way to minimize anymore potential damage! He was just fantastic! Big BIG thank you to Nate!!

My boyfriend and I got into an accident before Christmas and Vernon Towing was the towing service to come take the truck. When my boyfriend finally had a chance to go collect the belongings, the truck had been completely ransacked and a bunch of our stuff was missing. Not only did we suffer the trauma of a car accident, now our personal possessions have also been stolen and according to law enforcement there’s nothing they can do. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ve since come to learn that this happens quite often with Vernon Towing. Make sure you completely clear out your vehicle if Vernon Towing is towing your vehicle!!!! They hire thieves!!

Honest, tries to save you money. Did so for me by asking simple questions about my car and realized I needed a boost so I could drive myself to a shop without paying full price for a tow. Highly recommend
