Walkability: Across the street, from a major retail and liquor store mall. Canadian tire. Save on foods.
Food and drinks: There is a large and spacious pub and dining room
(27street grill) in the hotel.
10% off your meals, if you stay overnight. And the food is good! Breakfast hour starts at
8:am. There is also a full service gym and workout center in the building.

The service is impeccable, during this unexpected life circumstance these people are kind, compassionate and professional, we have never felt more at home away from home. Thank you to all the staff at the Riviera Hotel Vernon BC for making us so comfortable at this time, it's hard to admitt that covid has changed so many hearts and hardened people to understanding and compassion for your fellow person is disappearing, but not here at the Riviera Hotel not by a Longshot

Rooms are not cleaned everyday. Dog found 2 tennis balls beside the bed that should've been found if room was clean. What if previous dogs have a sickness like parvo. Rude front desk they blame booking for their higher rate of a room. From 100 specified with 2 dogs ended up paying extra 100 because I had 2 dogs. Really bad mgt. Then charged another 100 because no house keeping or anything g to clean a floor I used towels to mop up a mess. Went from 130 to 150 supposedly to costing 300 for 2 nights. Not worth it.

Checking and service was fantastic. Part of the lobby was better than other locations. We had some trouble with the room door, and he helped put. Missing remote, we got a new one. My reason the 3 star was a dirty mirror and no shower curtain. We were only there from 8pm ish to 4am, so was is detrimental, not really, but they can improve. The beds were very comfortable. There was a patio door for the dogs to go outside, and yes, we picked up their waste, but it was an enclosed green space for dog friendly rooms.

Dirty. Plugged tub drain. Toilet was scarey loud when flushed. No restaurant or advertised pub. I expensive price- you get what you pay for!Noteworthy details: Dirty!
