“I had recently bought some clothes online. It was my birthday last week and figured to treat myself. Received the items in the mail today and tried them on like a kid on Christmas. I was so excited because I hadn't bought anything for myself in years. A couple of them were JUST too small and so I called into the store and asked if I could exchange them in store. Paulette had spoken with me and told me that I should come in and they would take care of it. So I humored her - it was my day off, and had some time to kill. Was able to meet the lovely Paulette in store. She was so pleasant and understanding and made the whole experience so effortless. She is such a kind lady and gave me everyone's-favorite-aunty vibes. I felt at home while she was helping me. Give this lady a promotion and a raise. Her customer skills and professionalism are top notch. Definitely looking forward to going back to receive the same great customer service we all need.”
