Title: Extremely Dissatisfying Experience at 7-11, 3896 Carey RdI recently had an incredibly disheartening experience at the 7-11 store located at 3896 Carey Rd, Victoria, BC V8Z 4C9 on January 23, 2024. The encounter left me frustrated and disappointed, prompting me to share my feedback.During my visit, I encountered a notable lack of professionalism and cooperation from the staff. When attempting to address an issue, I was informed of a store policy preventing the disclosure of managerial contact information. While I understand the importance of policies, this hindered my ability to seek resolution effectively. In an attempt to address the matter, I contacted the corporate number provided on the website, hoping for a more helpful response. Unfortunately, the corporate representative I spoke with was unhelpful and indifferent, exacerbating my frustration and emphasizing the need for a more customer-centric approach to dispute resolution.Communication with the store manager is vital for customers to address issues promptly and effectively. It's disappointing that such a policy exists, especially when consumer protection rules emphasize the importance of providing accessible contact information for dispute resolution and customer concerns.Overall, this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. The lack of professionalism, unhelpful corporate support, and restrictive policies have tarnished my perception of this 7-11 location. I hope the management takes steps to improve customer service and reconsider policies that hinder effective issue resolution.Sincerely,

Title: Unpleasant Experience at 7-11, 3896 Carey Rd My recent visit to the 7-11 store at 3896 Carey Rd, Victoria, BC V8Z 4C9 on January 23, 2024, was far from satisfactory, prompting me to share my feedback. The encounter was marked by a noticeable lack of professionalism and cooperation from the staff. When I attempted to address an issue, I was informed about a store policy preventing the disclosure of managerial contact information. While I understand the necessity of policies, this hindered my ability to seek resolution effectively. Seeking assistance from the corporate number provided on the website yielded an even more unhelpful and indifferent response from the representative, adding to my frustration. This further underscores the need for a more customer-centric approach to dispute resolution. Effective communication with the store manager is crucial for customers to address issues promptly. It's disappointing that such a policy exists, particularly when consumer protection rules stress the importance of providing accessible contact information for dispute resolution and customer concerns. In summary, my experience at this 7-11 location has left me dissatisfied. The lack of professionalism, unhelpful corporate support, and restrictive policies have negatively impacted my perception of the store. I hope that management considers these concerns and takes steps to enhance customer service and reconsider policies hindering effective issue resolution. Best regards,

I was on the store 12/10/2023 evening and asked the sales associate to cook me a half pizza and she was not ready to make one. When I asked whether they sell pizzas as slices, she said yes and still don't want me to cook 4 slices(for half pizza) She instead asked me to grab old slices from the hot food case. This is not a welcoming behavior by your associate as I used to grab half pizza occasionally for the last 2 years. Please train your employees how to talk and deal with customers.

Never have warm hotdog buns ready, do not carry apple/cherry pies or Joe Louis like other stores. Manager named Maari treats her staff horribly

Change hours on schedule if you're not open 24/7

Not actually open 24/7. Clerk told me something about "People don't respect staff so no one wants to work" then went on a rant about the company website. Closes around midnight, other than that it's a 7/11.

This place is a convenience store. It's not a supermarket and the staff there definitely aren't going to polish your shoes, read your mind, and then grant you three wishes, if you catch my drift.Despite this, the place is well kept, stocked, and is staffed by generally respectful people who have to deal with all sorts of characters on top of their own individual private matters. When it comes to their selection, their shelves and fridges have a fairly good selection of drinks and snacks. Their hot food counter, albeit light on the taquito side, is never bare or stale when it comes to their chicken, wedges, or the skewers. Of course, my standards aren't super high for convenience stores, but hey, they're good!I once arrived quite early one morning to grab some chicken, and while they didn't have any ready at the time, they served me extra in compensation. A very thoughtful gesture. (With that being said, please don't go in early expecting that!)In my little opinion, this place is one of the better if not the best 7-Eleven in town. You'll feel well served here so long as your nerve ends aren't frayed.
