Another negative experience at 7-eleven.
Went in to purchase a Vanilla card and ask info about how to use it. None of the employees seemed to know what a vanilla card is and just gave me the first thing they put their hands on. The result was that I spent $55.55 on something that I didn't need and I had no use for, I couldn't even return it.
To add to the joke of this customer service experience: all employees were eating their lunches at the same time while standing behind the counter and serving customers. It was unhealthy and unprofessional and will never return to this or any other 7-eleven.

My girlfriend had a siezure here, and instead of offering help everyone yelled at her and told her to speed up in line. I dont normally like to leave bad reviews for places but this is genuinely unnaceptable.

Says open 24/7 but I have tried going a few time at like 1 or 2 am and they just say they’re closed for cleaning, needs an hours update

I got there at 11:00 pm, walked inside, the guy working there rudely told me they were closed and to leave and he didn't want the money I had.I'm pretty sure my experience would have been different if I hadn't recently dyed my hair blue, I've had to find out the hard way that a lot of businesses in Victoria discriminate based on that.

Site says 24 hours a day. This is completely false. Never open at 530 am when I try to get coffee on my way to work.

Says 24 hours but this morning staff where not letting people in and was very rude. Something about staff stoking but that a lie it was to keep homeless out in the early hours. 1 star and this 711 sucks now in my mind.
