no problems at all when i went, altho one of the flavors in the slurpee/slushie machine was pure liquid and not iced at all. otherwise, the flavour selection for slushies were great! Would reccommend the BlueRazz Yuzu and peach dragonfruit. I wish there was arizona iced tea available but otherwise ok drink selection.

Whole staff was good except the manager. Manager was so rude. She demand if you want to be in store, you have to buy something .

Terrible service. Staff were not paying attention and they kept cutting me off to speak to each other about something. Then they kept asking me what I needed. 3 times I had to tell them I was there to buy gas.It's rude to interrupt customers mid sentence three times.Then I went to Tim hortons to get a coffee and the guy working there didn't say a single word. Just stared blankly and looked like he hated being there. No hi, no bye, no what can I get you, Nothing! This is basic customer service.

The girl who serves is rude and yells at the customer, I asked for some cigarettes and she sold me some, assuring that they were the same and that only the box was different. I showed her a photo and assured again that they were those and in the end they were not charged and she did not want to change them, she yelled and said that she could not do anything that was already charged, they abuse tourism with little language, very bad experience in the store

Not open 24 hours. There was a guy inside, doors locked. He opened the doors and said they are closed.Just update the hours so other people don't waste their time.

SCAM ALERT!I suspect this store systematically scams customers out of their cash. My suspicion is based on the following incident:I bought an E-Bay gift card from a 7-eleven store at 1700 Hillside Ave, Victoria BC, within the first week of March 2022 (approximately). It was 200 CAD and I paid in cash.About two months later when I wanted to use the card, I realized it is not activated (it can be easily verified when checking the card balance). I went to the store and asked for help. The manager told me he will see into the issue and let me know. I was not contacted since. Today (June 1, 2022) when I went back to the store. The manager tried to check the cameras for the first time(!) but couldn't find any footage (they were all deleted!). He assured me that I will be reimbursed. But while I was waiting for it to happen, he handed me his phone to talk to a higher manager (someone named Haul or something like that). Mr. Haul asked me a couple of irrelevant questions (such as how should he know the card is not used!!!) and when I answered them according to the best of my knowledge, he flat out refused to do anything about the issue! He specifically said that they delete footages every 3 months and therefore can't verify if I'm telling the truth or not!Besides this insulting accusation, his logic was grotesquely flawed as three months after the purchase hasn't come yet! When I brought this fact up, he only expressed sorrow for not being able to help me!This kind of abysmal logic and communication, specially from a higher management position, can only mean either a big incompetency issue or a systematic fraudulent behavior in the store.p.s. I have written to the district management as well as making a general complain in the company's website. I will update this when I receive any update.*** UPDATE ***A higher manager contacted me and had a reimbursement equal to 200 CAD issued at the store for me.I need to add that all this time, the attitude and behavour of the store staff were very good.

How can you advertise 24/7 when nine times out of 10 during the week you're closed?I was assured by your staff that if I phone I would be let in because I come every night.I walk more than 2 miles a night to get here on my way home.It is the only store open close to me and I can't afford to take a cab to another store.I will send you the bills or corporate for your inconveniences this is ridiculous every other night there's some excuse like I said corporate cleaning there's no such thing.

Was double charged for fuel. Employees at the store were incompetent and assured me that would not happen. I am now having to follow up with my bank beacuse no one has been able to reverse the charges. Thank you 711

Couple days back me and my roommate were so hungry and went to this store around 11pm - 11:30pm, we asked the guy on the cash "Could he make us some wings or pizza ?" He was so rude and give us a NO (shaking his head )with very bad attitude. He had a very fury attitude and gave us a scowl face reminding to get out of the store empty handed. We were pretty sure that the oven was not turned off and he was packing pizza for someone else. The customer service was very poor and second rated. Please let that guy know the basics of customer service or at the minimum to smile at customers.Also to mention same thing happen to us couple month back while we were picking up a pick up order from Skip. I am pretty sure that other customers are also facing the same issue, but they never respond to this situation. Management please take action ASAP as this was already mentioned by another customer 5 months back ( still haven't taken any actions ????).

ordered through uber on 7 aug 2021 around 12:30 am. In my order i asked 2 sauces that was chipotle mayonnaise and cheddar habanero but they gave me both honey mustard without informing me. Also, order was nither served hot and it looked like food items were made couple of hours before. Also tried to give a call back to the store but it was showing busy for a long time. It was a really disappointing service by the staff.
