Car wash isn't worth your money. I've left photos of my 2025 Kia after using the car wash at 7-11 @ Douglas & Tolmie, and a toddler could do a better job.
Lesson learned!

Go to a different convenient store at all costs. Very disrespectful staff that practically shake you down on the way out. Even the prices here are higher than other SAME BRAND convenient stores streets over.

The rude cashier argued with me about ordering pizza?? She marked it "out of stock" on my doordash order because she did not want to cook a whole pizza (what she told me on the phone when I called and complained). It is literally your job to make and serve the food there upon it being ordered. I'm sorry you dislike your job so much that you refuse to do it properly, Heather. Thank you for correcting this mistake, after arguing with me for 2 minutes on why you DONT WANT TO DO YOUR JOB worst 711 employee I've encountered.

Possible Fraud Alert for this business . Visited the location tonight and the assistant manger refused to let anyone entry to buy anything. Said they were there in case people wanted to buy something but also said they are closed. They refused any and all entry and locked the door on everyone. Clearly they are banking on collecting a paycheque without doing any work which is timetheft from 7/11. The person running the 711 google account responding is likely the same manager committing fraud at this location by not doing their job and covering up their actions (based on their continued employment). Either the owner of the location is complicit in this fraud or they are actively ignoring the issue. Avoid this location and don’t give them any money to pocket for themselves

I order from 7 eleven on door dash many times (I will call myself as a regular customer) but Im so disappointed bécause they keep missing my items. They dont even call to check if I need something else when an item is out of stock. As a result, I got nothing to eat after coming home from work TWICE. I dont need a refund but something to eat. I dont recommend you to order from this place for food cause you will get suprised sometime (for me, i'm supposed to drink Mountain Dew for dinner tonight and this is the second time)
