I had an amazing experience at Advance Auto and highly recommend! As someone who doesn't have a lot of knowledge about maintenance and mechanics, I was looking for a shop that I could trust and feel comfortable bringing my car to. Ken had great communication and took the time to answer my questions and explain all aspects of the service with photos to reference. He provided a detailed quote of future service with pricing that is very fair and less than expected. After my appointment one of the mechanics offered to back my car out of the tight lot and turn it around for me. I felt taken care of and all of the small things added up to exceptional customer service. I look forward to bringing my car in for future service. Ive been going to them for a couple years now and have had a great experience. They have always done a thorough job at diagnosing issues and I have never had the impression they are ripping me off in any way even though I have limited car knowledge. In one instance they even sent me to another shop because they thought they would be better suited to fix the issue. Really happy with advanced auto.Services: Oil change

Took my kids' VW golf in for a heater core and got the pleasant call letting me know it wasn't needed. Turns out a water leak from the sunroof was the cause of the water. They fixed the issue and dried out the carpets thoroughly. Ozone for a night and good to go! Way less $$ than quoted and great service! Thank you Advance AutoServices: General repairs & maintenance
