I had such a great experience today in aerie. I am currently pregnant and nearing the end and was in search of a bra that fit under my baby shower dress. All the staff were so helpful and kind and helped me to find the perfect solution. I felt so special and comfortable in my own skin and they truly made my day!!

Great staff that are always kind and welcoming!! I hate bra shopping, but they make it very easy and quick and the 40% off sales always make it feel a bit better too. Thanks for always making me feel welcomed into your store ☺️

I am a mom shopping for a teenager - not easy to do without them present. ??♀️ The young people in this store are professional, friendly and they know their product. Though it's sales, I felt no pressure and valued their expertise - which had me buying more than I intended. Well done. Great experience.

First time trying to visit... door was closed with what appeared to be very few ppl in the store but advised that they were “at capacity for the rest of the day” even after stating I only wanted to pick up a gift card and watching a couple customers walk out. :/

I had a very good Black Friday shopping experience in the Mayfair store. I was greeted at the door by a staff associate who explained the store sales and other pertinent info. All in-store staff were helpful and very professional. There was plenty of stock and all sizes available. The next day I had to make a size exchange on two items. It was the most seamless experience. I left the store feeling very appreciative of this shopping experience. Thank you Aerie!

Honestly, I quite like Aerie's stuff. But the store always has the WORST selection compared to online. And you can't see whether a specific store stocks an item on the website.Online returns can be done in-store (otherwise there is a cost), but if you want to exchange for a different size/colour? Forget it. The store inevitably won't have it. So I'm done with being constantly disappointed.

First time visitor - buying undergarments in Canada - amazing experienceNot only is their collection superb, but also their customer serviceThey're great at what they do!!I didn't have any idea about my correct size, but their associate Carrie was extremely understanding and polite to help me out even with my different accent (sometimes it gets tough ??)I've heard they have good return policies, and also that they give some mutual benefits with American EagleSometimes if they don't have product in stock, they will order it for us at home for free, and they also give b'day discountIt is a little pricey, but was just my personal choice to go for good quality when it comes to some clothings, and wasn't disappointed going there!! ?Thanks Carrie, appreciate you & fellow associates going above and beyond to help me buy the best piece ?

I had never shopped at Aerie before but had decided to try ordering a couple of things online- the sizing is quite strange and the items I ordered were very small. A friend told me I could exchange them at this location and I thought that would be a great idea since the thought of sending them back myself sounded very tedious...I checked the hours and called ahead to ensure I could do a quick exchange when I was done work. I arrived at the store at 5:40pm when it was due to close at 6pm, and because of Covid it seemed like they were trying to shut the doors and get customers out early. I was turned away without even being asked what I needed. I felt very let down since I had called and talked to someone earlier who assured me this would be an easy exchange. I decided to call the store directly and ask if I could still come in to do the exchange since I did not need to touch anything or try anything on- all I wanted was a bigger size... Luckily the assistant manager Lauren answered my call and allowed me to come and exchange the items. I felt bad delaying their early closure but didn't know if I would be able to make it back with enough time to avoid this in the future since I often work till 530.... Lauren helped me with such a cheerful and helpful attitude that it totally made me want to shop there again, and shop online again if this company supports their employees to allow then to give such wonderful customer service. In the challenging times we are all dealing with people like Lauren who can maintain such a positive and helpful outlook are a diamond for any organization and a joy to encounter. I hope they keep her and give her a promotion! Thanks Lauren!
