“I appreciate almost everything about my interactions with Leon’. My couch is still sitting atop my Subaru so I haven’t unpacked it yet, but from what I can see, it looks quite beautiful- service and communication was uniformly helpful and smooth. My only issue is the fact that the couch could not be delivered directly to my residence and I had to drive 62 kilometres south to pick it up (maybe I missed the fine print.)”

“My 2020 dryer blew its circuit board due to a power surge - no fault of the appliance. A new part was going to cost $450 and take up to two months. So I needed a replacement....even though it was still a relatively new machine. Unfortunately that model was discontinued. The new version was on sale for $999. Fortunately, Coast Appliances also had a dented, but fully operational, unit on clearance for less than the estimated cost of repair. Dallas Patrick was great in helping me buy it, load it and take it home. A happy ending to a sad story. I'd encourage anyone to check out the clearance warehouse at the Victoria store as there are definitely some good deals to be had .... and who cares if the side of a dryer is dented when you never see it anyway?”

“I did not think I could be as excited as I am about a vacuum repair shop but I am!! Excited enough to leave a 5-star review for Royal Oak Vacuums! When my beloved 40-year-old Tri Star would not start, I thought I would give this humble, strip-mall shop a try. I had seen it for years, tucked in between Subway and Life Labs at Royal Oak Mall. This would be the day I would meet the owner and repairman David, only too eager to diagnose the problem and set to fixing it! 24 hours later, I returned to collect what looked like a new machine! A loose wire and build up of dust had been the problem. David also performed a complete makeover, washing the inside bag, nocking out a small dent, replacing a wheel so the vacuum moved more smoothly, adding a new plug to the cord - and then cleaning the cord! Who does that!! This gentleman not only knows his way around a vacuum, he has a passion for keeping these machines going strong! I was so impressed that I am bringing in my power head and hose in to see what magic he can work with them, too! Royal Oak Vacuum sells all manner of parts and accessories, as well as new vacuums, but they are invested in keeping your current vacuum going strong! I found them when I needed them! I hope you do, too! (Pricing is extremely reasonable and so worth it! )”

“The photo department is top tier. Took some print film there to be developed, and all of the staff, especially Kyle, were incredibly helpful, patient, accommodating and kind. And the film was developed within 1-2 hours! Cannot say enough good things about the young guys running that department. Thanks for all your help!”

“Love their containers of nut sales, coconut water that's 100% pure as well as their appliances inwhich i have purchased many over the years.
I bought a printer portable and they dont have the replacement ink which is a bit of a pain. I also bought an air cleaner there and they dont sell the replacement filters there either, which is a pain too.”
