The staff at this Arc’teryx location are fantastic. Whether it’s looking for new gear or getting well worn gear repaired or doing a return I’ve never had a bad experience. Yes, it’s expensive but I still have gear from over a decade ago that is going strong.

Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and crazy knowledgeable, I went in with my recently torn Cerium puffy after recently hearing that they do repairs, Cam spent some time explaining the process and walking me through everything, got it patched up in no time and it is as good as new!
