Friendly as can be when you enter the store, but 'associates' only want their commissions I guess and hover over you when you are seriously perusing items. Contacting the store directly was another annoyance. Couldn't find the store's direct number before driving over, only their call center. Searched and searched until I finally found it and their recorder, said "Closed" even though the website said OPEN. Doesn't the left hand know what the right hand is doing in that place?

If i can rate this place -5 i would do so. Came for a simple purchase (Airpods) they had it up for $169 Came to check out it’s over $300 i tell them there’s something wrong I would like to speak a manger after having more than 30 min of time waisted (Jackson) comes and absolutely dose nothing rather than just saying ( We can’t match the price we listed) and moves along without any sorts of an apology what a terrible manger Eh? Doesn’t even trys to make it right at all too. Would not recommend this place as they display false information and false (guaranteed price) don’t fall into this trap.

I can hardly believe the terrible customer service at the Victoria BC Best Buy. I'd give them negative stars if I could. This morning I purchased a computer online for my daughter to pick up. She starts at UVIC tomorrow. She arrived to find out they cancelled the order for no known reason. No attempt to contact us in any way. I called the Victoria store, or so I thought, to discuss the issue. Eventually I was told I was talking to corporate Best Buy, they don't understand what went wrong with the order but can't fix it. They advised me to call the Victoria store but also said the Victoria store is not able to receive calls! This explains why my call was bumped to corporate but several times I was told to call, and then told I can't call! So, I paid for a computer but have no means of talking to the only people who can resolve this as I don't live in Victoria.

The manager Cole was fantastic in helping me with what I needed. He has a great attitude and a great personality and I would definitely do business there again and again. The geek squad was also fantastic and helping me and my endeavors with my tablet. I would definitely give these guys a five-star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐and I will always return for all my electronic equipment. Thank you so much for all your help and all you've done

My delivery service experience was very frustrating.The due arrival date was pushed back 3 times.On the 3rd date on which it was meant to arrive we didn’t receive a call the day prior letting us know what time the driver would be here, when we were told we would.So I called the day of to see when it was coming, I was told yet again it was rescheduled. This is super frustrating for a family that needs to take work off in order to be home for the delivery.Not satisfied and wouldn’t recommend anyone to get delivery services through Best Buy.

No phone support, little product selection and staff seem grumpy most of the time. They did take the GPS I purchased from them back with little questions so a couple of stars for that.

I came to this store with a brand new iPhone 14. I bought a glass screen protector at this store. The worker who helped me gave me an iPhone 14 pro screen protector and told me it would work the iPhone 14 and she told me she double checked. I paid to have it installed. She was struggling to put on the screen protector and I saw another associate go up and whisper somethings to her about it being the wrong size. When I received the phone back I didn’t check and just left. When I got home I realized it 100% is the wrong screen protector as the front camera does not align at all…. I am disappoint in the worker who 1. Clearly had no idea how to check if it was the correct screen protector and had no idea how to install it and 2. The worker who saw it and didn’t correct it. I will be returning and asking for a full refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

My partner visited this store to purchase an ac adapter for their camera, the male worker with the brown curly hair (looked to be a perm) helped her and first told her that they didn't carry it. after leaving the store she looked up the item on the bestbuy website and it said they had 4 in stock so she went back in. Upon going back in the same male worker didn't believe her and looked it up on his own device. after finally getting the item the worker then told her that it will not work and it will fry her camera as it is 12v and did not let her look at the box. After she came home I looked up the item on their website and it says that it is variable voltage and can be changed anywhere from 3-12V which would work perfect as her camera needs 3V. I went back with her and we found Sandeep. Sandeep was a great help and found us the item. upon looking at the box it can be CLEARLY SEEN on the back that it can operate at a multitude of voltages. Overall was a bad experience and that male worker should not be so condescending and unhelpful. I didn't get a chance to see his name tag but I will not be shopping here again.

There are tons of staff and they're always super friendly. Every time I've walked into the store there has always been someone who greets me at the door. They're always ready to help as you walk in and will not just walk you over to the item you're looking for, but also ensure you're getting the right product for your needs. Never seen more than a few customers in the store and no lineups. I've always been in and out within 5 minutes. I'll continue to shop at this Best Buy when I'm nearby.

Has high end gaming accessories and modules. Apple iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and other apple accessories are also available. Alongside, some smartphones of Google Pixel series and Samsung are also available. As of high end gaming, products of Razer are available. Has Cameras, Washing Machines, Vacuum Cleaners, and every other type of electronic items of need.

A nice quiet day, no crowds so I’m sure that helps. The staff was really helpful and I got the exact item I came for. The shelves looked well stocked and the store is clean and tidy. Easy location to find and ample parking.

I bought a TCL Roku television from them today. Turns out it is incompatible with Canadian sports streaming sevices. I opted to have them email me my receipt ....I have yet to receive it. I tried to phen them....no reply. I will be returning their junk in the morning.....this costs me another day and another ferry trip. I am not happy. They really need to upgrade their support and customer service. So frustrating and such a waste of time.

We went to Best Buy Langford to purchase a new large screen TVand a laptop computer. We found a TV that we liked and the pricewas reasonable------delivery was free---great-- HOWEVER--set-upwas $250 and to take away our old TV another $250. $500 was just about the cost of the TV we wanted to purchase. We spoke with the manger as well as the saleperson and mentioned that we also wanted to buy a laptop. No flexibility here at all. We walked and went to another store (won't mention the name) andbought a TV and a Laptop. $100 total to set up the TV and take away the old one !!!! Glad the experience with Best Buy happened as we will never darken their door again ! It is all about service and these people are just their for volume sales and the moment.

Bought a TV. Prior to purchase I asked if the item was in stock. I was assured it was. The associate (very kind) talked ne into extended warranty and purchasing a Geek Squad membership for delivery & installation. Waited a week. Finally - install day. They opened the box and a major component was missing. I don't blame Geek Squad and I don't blame BestBuy. The manufacturer screwed this up. However, after speaking to the store manager & escalating higher, nobody would take the blame. Even BestBuy went so far as to say that it was up to me to call the manufacturer. Long story short, I refused delivery & requested a full refund. I drove across the street and bought all of the above plus accessories for less money. Thanks BestBuy. Your customer service is terrible!
