I no longer live close by to Bone & Biscuit but I will happily drive out of my way to come visit this beautiful store! Staff is so helpful and friendly. Tay is seriously the best and the sweetest! She even watched our pup while we ran next store to whole foods to grab a few things. Thank you Bone & Biscuit for years of wonderful service. I highly recommend this local shop for all your pet goodies!

We just got a puppy and have been trying to understand/navigate the world of raw food.
I went in with so many questions and Tay was AMAZING at helping me out. She took so much time with me. She was not condescending in my lack of knowledge. She took all of my questions and ensured I understood the what and why to each answer.
I absolutely will continue to support this business for her expertise alone. Thank you so much!!!

I just came from a Google-recommended store and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly, and I finally found the pet food I've been struggling to find in Victoria. They gave me great recommendations for my cat and provided helpful advice. I will definitely come back! I found the N&D brand for cats here.

Can’t say enough great things about this place!!! I’ve always enjoyed shopping here, but tonight I came in looking for joint health supplements for my senior pup and Tayy really went above and beyond to help me. Good customer service is often hard to come by these days and Tayy really knocked my socks off. Thanks again!

My all time favourite pet store, they carry only the best and highest quality foods. They have a great selection for raw, freeze dried, dehydrated, kibble and canned food for dog and cat! The staff is super knowledgeable and kind, and it's abundantly clear that the owner got into the business out of care for animals. I recommend this store to anyone wanting to give their furry friend the healthiest and longest life! :)

We just left the Bone and Biscuit and what a great store. The kind and welcoming service from the young woman who works there was wonderful, she was very helpful and made shopping there that much better.
