Staff has no knowledge of any products they sell and very unwilling to help. Will happily never go back and spend my money elsewhere. It's nice to know they are privately owned so whoever hired these useless and rude ppl will actually lose profit directly.*update - good to know you are just as rude useless as your staff and condone such terrible behaviour from your employees

They're great, helpful, knowledgeable and everything between and even help carry a huge bag of dog food to your car. When my back was out, I really appreciated it! Helped us get the right fittings for our little fur babies, and when the training items didn't work, they got us the refund. Would have given 5 stars (I should), but they don't have a price match guarantee. Just slightly more expensive than competitors. The problem is not Bosley's, it's the manufacturers jacking up prices like crazy (Hill's Science, for example, was $85 for a 28lb bag in 2020, now $115). I need to write a letter to Hill's science now, can we all complain together?

The best pet store in town with the most informative, charismatic, and loveliest of employees! I went into this store almost 2 weeks ago with one of my best friends and was immediately greeted by Mikaia. They were the definition of exceptional customer service: kind, warm, enthusiastic, upbeat, knowledgeable, and just a pure joy to engage in conversation with. I was looking for a scratch post for my cat, along with a few other items, and Mikaia went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for and met all my needs. The shop was clean, well stocked, with the atmosphere gleaming with positive energy and good vibes. All of the employees are attentive, relatable, handle each individual that walks through the door with care, and have a fundamental compassion and love for what they do. One of the best experiences I have ever had and I will definitely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful time at your store Mikaia! ?

Bosley's has been my local go to Pet store. I wanted to mention their kindness today. My husband had bought a big bag of kitty litter 2 weeks ago and didn't take a receipt.Unfortunately our cat died this past weekend. I had this big bag of unopened litter and they refunded without a receipt. They also gave me condolences. Kudos.

Clean and well managed store. Great selection of products, including pet food that is Made in Canada! I love that this place is locally owned and operated. Employees were all very nice and friendly. Very happy with my experience. I will definitely be coming back to shop here. Thank you. ? ❤️

I worked here for exactly 1 month at the beginning of the year, and it was quite possibly the worst work environment ive ever come across in my 11 years of being in the workforce.I was the second most senior employee (excluding management) after I'd been there for less than 2 weeks, the only girl who'd been there longer started a week before I did. Almost no one i worked with in that month works there still.Management had me TRAINING new people when i had been there for only 2 weeks. It was a toxic and bullying environment, thanks mostly to the Owner Terry and manager Shawnie. On more than one occasion I witnessed management arguing in front of myself and other employees about what was and wasnt company policy.Following what one manager said would often get you into trouble with the others.Not once did i feel valued as an employee, never did i feel like management had my back. They actively threw employees under the bus to attempt to please rude and belligerent cutomers. We were frequently left alone in the store, with management having left us alone for hours. Expectations were changed with no warning, and you'd frequently recieve long condescending lectures on such topics as how to stack cans.The lectures were then printed down into a notebook, which you and all other employees had to sign.Working together as a team on projects was actively discouraged.Also, everything is too expensive. If youre ooking for affordable, try a local place like Clayton Critters.I could honestly go on for hours. I havent set foot into a bosleys since, and i dont plan to ever again.If youre thinking about working here, please dont. Anywhere else would be better.

Fantastic service. When I said so today the gentleman at the counter said ‘we try’. I told him it certainly shows. This team is A1 fantastic and deserve at least five stars. I will certainly be giving them my business in future.

Worst customer service ever. My husband and I were looking to buy harness for our dogs. Our dogs were in the car parked outside the store. We did not bring the leash for the dogs to bring them into the store, so my husband asked the worker if we could just step outside and put it on for the dogs to see if the sizes fit. The car parked just outside the door, they can see us. The worker said:” no, we don’t feel comfortable for you to bring the product outside without pay first.” The other worker then came and after hearing the request, she gave us the weirdest look ever as we were thieve. This is not the first time I had bad experience with this particular store. Go to the Bosley on Yates, they are thousand times better.

We just got a new puppy and we took him to this location to buy him a few things. There was an excellent selection and the staff were friendly and attentive. This is our new pet store and we are very happy about it! Great job to Alex and the rest of the staff working on 28th of December... while braving a snow storm!!! Now our baby has sweaters to stay warm!!!
