They often straight up ignore our requests for necessary maintenance. It felt like they didn’t care about us or the property we lived on.

I have rented from these folks for over 15 years. Their rents are very reasonable. Any issue there has been, has been resolved, they have have always been very accommodating and very much willing to work and find a solution. They have allowed me to treat my rental unit as a home. For that I am very grateful.
