Your crew is always busy but somehow you manage to juggle all the people and cars coming at you with smiles and good listening skills. I was impressed, while waiting to pay my bill, with how well Shelley dealt with an older woman on the phone, helping her with her worried questions about the state of her vehicle.

This is one of the best auto centers I've ever been to.
TL;DR they were honest and made sure I wasn't scammed even by other shops.
Long version:
Originally I was going to go to CT because my brakes were squeaky. They were going to charge me $250. I called around. The budget crew asked me some questions and told me to take the van out on the highway and test the brakes (it had been sitting for a month). It was just a bit of rust, and I didn't need new brakes.
That made me trust them to take in my Mercedes. A Mercedes shop will charge a solid $1000 just to check out the vehicle. Then add brake pads, fluid top ups, maintenance which can add up to anywhere of $3000.
Budget did it all, full checkup, replaced air filters, brake pads, fluid top up, et al for $500.
The only time they talked me into anything was AFTER they asked if I was going on a long trip. "You won't need these bearing replaced for at least another year since you just drive on the island."
I told them I was driving out past Colorado.
"Let's change them now then".
Fast, courteous, efficient, trustworthy and funny, I will be using them forever from now on.

They were the only shop that took the time to fit me in their busy schedule to replace my car battery. I’ve got a VW Beetle and they are so hard to replace the battery with how the engine is built I couldn’t do it myself.
I’m so grateful they got me in within a few days, as my battery was totally dead. Very reasonable prices too!

Easy 5 stars. Great communication, great work, great pricing. If you need exhaust work done, get it done here. I specifically chose budget for my exhaust work over my usual shop and I'm glad I did.

We are from out of town and our tailpipe broke off the muffler. They got us in right away fixed the problem. They were friendly and helpful and a gave us a great price for the work!
