My package was sent to UK in 48hours. ( they guaranteed 2 weeks). The staff always happy to make a lable with different options! Will be back!

The staff is very helpful. I have poor vision and mobility issues. Staff always helpful with my packages that I’m sending, providing advice on the most inexpensive and efficient shipping options. I would to thank Karen and Mustafa. I had given up on Phramasave postal outlet in James Bay as surely and difficult. Thanks

I was told today that if I want to ship internationally I'm expected to buy a food scale to weigh my own packages at home, because if my estimated weight is off by 50 grams they can't refund prepaid shipping labels on the machine in the store
