Came to the branch today for 2 printouts of my account I get every single year. The the Floor manager (?) says we don't have anything like that and send me away empty handed. So I had to drive across town and go to the hillside location where they printed the statements as they always do. With NO issue at all.
I'm a little concerned that this higher up doesn't know this basic information and sent me away. I will not be back to this branch. Thank you so much for not knowing your job, and wasting my time today.

Almost impossible to talk to someone in the branch. You have to listen to multiple prompts and then you just get an answering machine. After over 25 years I am thinking about taking my business elsewhere

Sumiya gave me an excellent customer service. I can say that she is one of the best financial advisor that you will meet! She deserved everything. 10/10 ❤️❤️❤️

VARUN (Cash teller) was awful to deal with, has no manners how to talk to a client. Was very unprofessional and was still fighting verbally in front of his manager as well

Went there to ask them to make a appointment for me, they said they can’t and ask me to go home to call but they actually can just simply make the appointment. Poor customer service

Mindy Zong was the person who I had a meeting with, she was racist and also keep asking me about my visa status. If a person from YMCA was not with me at the time I would not be able to open a RESP for my son. Terrible experience at this branch! I’ll still have problems with the account that she opened to me.

This branch had to deal with my mess up of over promising and under delivering from the Sidney BC CIBC.The customer service person had to email the Sidney branch and check various in boxes for my corresponding paperwork. Had trouble printing out the documents and needed the manager to assist. He didn’t really say anything .
