I couldn't be happier with my experience at Club Phoenix, our local family-owned gym in Langford, BC. It's a true gem!The first thing that struck me was how immaculately clean the facility is. Cleanliness is something I highly value, especially in a gym, and they definitely deliver on this front. It's evident that the owners and staff take great pride in maintaining a spotless environment, which makes my workouts so much more enjoyable and comfortable.The equipment here is top-notch. Everything is in excellent condition, and there's a wide variety to choose from, so I never have to wait to use what I need. This is a huge plus, and it shows that they're committed to providing their members with a fantastic experience.But what really sets Club Phoenix apart is the staff. They're not only knowledgeable and attentive but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's like being part of a fitness-minded family. They're always there to assist and offer guidance, and they genuinely care about your progress.I can't recommend Club Phoenix enough. If you're looking for a clean, well-equipped, and welcoming gym where you'll feel comfortable and supported in your fitness journey, this is the place to be. Five stars without a doubt!Mathew

This gym has an excellent mix of old and new equipment, from hard core to more casual. Every inch of the main room is packed with machines from Apex, Hammer Strength, Cybex and more. There are two other smaller functional train rooms for stretching, rehab, and other forms of workout.Both the early morning and after work crowds seemed serious but friendly. I am very glad I found this gym so close to one of my offices. I am definitely looking forward to coming back to this gym the next time I visit this part of my company.

Been going here for years and the staff are always so warm and welcoming. The equipment is always upgrading and it’s always a great experience to workout in- and if you don’t know how to use it the staff are always happy to help. They offer 4 different types of rooms for different types of workouts you’re wanting so it’s very versatile no matter your fitness level or type of workout you’re wanting to do. I can’t recommend it enough. I can go 7 days a week and still love it everytime!:)

LOVE this gym, been training for years here, Geoff is such a gem, his attention to his gym is noticed - always clean and maintained and all the staff are helpful and friendly, this is a gym for everyone and I love how I feel when I’m here !!

Wonderful gym and amazing atmosphere! Have only met awesome people here and the encouragement from others really allows for a positive, intense workout. As well as such amazing staff that work at the establishment (shoutout to Dorian, Geoff, and Matthew at front desk who always welcome me with conversation and smiles all around). All around such an amazing gym!!

Club phoenix is an incredible gym with an equally great owner/ staff. I enrolled in the personal training program they offer there and it in fact changed my life in the most amazing ways. I trained with Justin Barber.Justin has helped me tremendously..During my fathers illness and eventual death I put on 30 pounds, feeling stagnant and depressed. After working with Justin for nearly 4 months I’ve gone from 209lbs-182lbs, feeling strong, energized and more confident. His vast knowledge of fitness and health has helped get my lifestyle back on track and I couldn’t be more grateful. He is adaptive, talented and humble. An inclusive approach that is sure to help anyone in ANY situation.Thank you Justin, for guiding me back to myself. I can’t speak highly enough of this PHENOMENAL personal trainer and FANTASTIC gym. I got a week pass to train over the holidays while visiting family. Fantastic gym. The staff is super friendly. The gym has lots of decent equipment. The changerooms were clean. This will be my gym from now on when visiting. Thanks Jeff!
