The Shops at the Empress was established in the beautiful city of Victoria, Canada in 1972. Since then the company has been proudly serving locals and people from all over the globe. The Fifth Avenue fashion empire: Designers International, Collections by 5th Ave, and London Towne are all located in the Fairmont Empress Hotel.
