“Had a chance to visit the shop recently, and was I surprised. First the location is simple, located on Government St near several excellent options for food and drinks. I mentioned surprise, that’s because I’ve never seen a shop outside the country itself, to have so much authentic Irish product. I was impressed by the selection, and felt Immediately the higher end intention. Now I’m not 100% sure, but when I bought my Kerry Cap, my wife had said, I think, that she read something about contacting store staff before trying stuff on. I had bought my Kerry cap in Cobb Ireland, and I don’t know what happened, but I lost it after I got home. We grabbed ones we thought were my size, and tried them on before checking out with a store associate more than willing to lend their opinion. After being satisfied with the fit, we walked round more, I was pleasantly surprised to find and ample supply of Guinness merchandise, so we picked up a bar a mat with the classic Toucan and turtle characters on it. This is set up as our coffee mat at home, and it cleans up easy and is my favorite kitchen accessory . Lastly I had gotten a Guinness pint glass in Blarney, and I didn’t want anything to happen to it, so when I saw Guinness pints here, picked on of those up too. One, because they’re made in Ireland and since I was visiting from Washington State, I thought it was sort of a double memento of my time in Victoria. So, all in all a VERY pleasant and exciting visit to this shop, and I WILL be back.”

“We received very knowledgeable and excellent customer service from Mariana. She helped myself and my two teenage boys put together outfits for family photos. She picked out items, brought us sizes and different items as needed. Asia was also great at the checkout. Very friendly and professional customer service from both Mariana and Asia. “1. Staff are always attentive and helpful. 2. I'm generally dressed head to toe in Eddie Bauer because it's good quality and stylish. I still have v-neck tees from years ago - they lasted a long time. 3. Failed zippers are a universal problem. 4. I wish they would restock those Navy-blue denim shirts.”

The ladies working there were super helpful and kind, especially when I wanted to try on the model dress that required undoing many buttons. They even helped me get the extra discount for signing up for the email list and were so sweet to my daughters as they were trying on sweatshirts, too.”

“My husband needed some waterproof hiking boots in size 14. Finding shoes in this size is usually a pain. Not today! We had an amazing sales person, Bryant, who helped us find MANY pairs in his size. Bryant had to go into the back and hunt through shelves multiple times and he did it with a smile on his face. He really made the process painless. My husband got a great pair of boots that fit his needs and his slim feet. FYI they had some boots up to size 15!”
“I just finished shopping at Premium Label and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even pointing me to a clearance section for kids clothes when I was looking at full price. Such amazing service, they were friendly and informative. I would highly recommend shopping here, I know I’ll be back soon!”
