The team does not rush customers and is genuinely interested in getting the customer what they need, offering suggestions and education about products. They are skilled in racquet repair and stringing, with demo costs used as credit for a new purchase. The owners are genuinely great people who treat their employees well, creating a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. While the final sale return policy on sale items is noted, the overall experience is highly recommended, with many customers excited to return and bring friends.
