Mark is excellent. He helped me figure out my insurance plan from Calgary, which was a nightmare. He naturally puts the customer first which rarely happens these days.
My BMW looks like it’s new from the factory. Great quality of work and attention to detail.

The lady at the front counter was efficient and professional. When i went to pick up my car, they did a walk around and let me know what repairs they did to the car, made sure everything alright. I asked the guy what i can do to clean up the yellow tint on the headlight cover and he said he will be right back, came back and cleaned the 2 front headlight cover for me, just because i asked him what i should do. Great customer service, they went over and beyond.

Very good service. They were able to get our vehicle in for repair and complete it in a short time frame. They were very good at communicating and giving me updates of the progress. The staff were polite and knowledgeable at what they do. The vehicle was in very good condition after the repair. Everything fits and well. Clean and tidy too! We're very happy with their work

I have been in a few fender benders over the years. I have always been disappointed. I am particular. Service as most places are fine. But the work is often suspect; overspray of clear coat on the windows, etc. BUT in this case I was very pleasantly surprised that the work was excellent. I was blown away by the attention to detail that for me, is almost unbelievable.Great job!Service: Painting

I would not recommend anyone trust their vehicle to this shop. Took our vehicle in to get a very minor about of damage repaired from someone backing into the bumper and fender. After initial repairs were completed they had actually done just as much noticeable damage to the vehicle by themselves trying to repair the actual damage.The fender of the vehicle is held on by decorative rivets, which it looks like they used pliers to pry off each one, damaging the fender at every rivet. It should go without saying a body shop should be taking every precaution to not damage something they’re trying to fix, but clearly not this shop.Brought it back in to have the damage they fixed repaired, which was completed fairly quickly, but when I went to pick up the vehicle I could literally pull one of the rivets off by hand, and the front of the fender was loose. As once again, no care or consideration, as well as no quality control or checks took place. Clearly. Seriously just go somewhere else.Service: Body & Trim

I had to replace the bumper on my Z4, and when we asked the dealership to fix it, they recommended Distinctive Auto Works. I picked up my car today and I'm very, very satisfied with the repairs done on the car. Distinctive Auto exceeded my expectations on the quality of the repair and they went the extra mile as they buffed out other minor scratches on the car and fully detailed the interior.
