“I love the competitive pricing, and broad range of essential items, my only suggestion for improvement is that they seem to stock out of their most popular items far more than the other Dollaramas in the area. I can't say this is so much an employee shortcoming as a problem with the inventory management system and minimum reorder points/frequencies.”

“The store is fine, but there are people doing hard core drugs right behind the place, in the dumpster, and coming into the store. It is traumatic to see, my child got very scared seeing them and just wanted to leave. They have a security guard but it doesn't help with the disturbing images right before your eyes.”

“Nicely displayed items and clean store. I find some items to be quite overpriced though, considering it's supposed to be a Dollar store of sorts. Items range from two dollars to over twenty so you're never certain if what you are looking for is affordable. Staff are nice and helpful.”

“This is literally my favourite Dollarama in town. It’s so big and bright. They are always working hard to get it stocked and keep it clean which would be hard because it always seems busy. You can find the coolest stuff in there. I’ve never had any bad experiences in this store. I tried to return some containers because they were the wrong size and the manager explained it’s the company policy to not do returns. She pointed out the policy on the window and on the receipt which I get. She did let me exchange them which was cool. I’ve worked retail so I know how hard it can be and so I think they’re doing a great job!”

“Nice to see how much this location has changed for the better over the past few months. Lots of credit where credit is due, Jessica the new Manager is great. She's super friendly approachable, it seems like they won't have any problem with staffing with her at the helm.Noteworthy improvement on cleanliness, and I'm loving seeing the full shelves. Awesome to have a great Dollar Tree in Tillicum. Keep up the great work!”
