My only issue is the fact that the couch could not be delivered directly to my residence and I had to drive 62 kilometres south to pick it up (maybe I missed the fine print.)”

After purchasing a Sony TV and Sonos sound bar system from them, we discovered our Bluetooth headphones disconnected whenever the TV was turned on due to the audio routing through the Sonos system.
We especially appreciate Tom Maclean’s outstanding customer service. He helped us connect our wireless headphones through our internet provider’s Bluetooth signal box—an effective solution that avoided the need to buy new equipment.

“Love their containers of nut sales, coconut water that's 100% pure as well as their appliances inwhich i have purchased many over the years.
I bought a printer portable and they dont have the replacement ink which is a bit of a pain. I also bought an air cleaner there and they dont sell the replacement filters there either, which is a pain too.”

“I had an issue with a product, that product had a 1800# for customer service so I called them was told 2-3days but in rare cases may take up 30 days. Some 60+ days later of them stalling and running me around I went into 7eleven. I spoke with the manager and wow what a great experience that was. She was outstanding, clear communication, explained the store side of things and she looked into the matter, about a week later it's now resolved.
From the worst customer service experience I have had dealing with Incomm, to one of the best with 7eleven Hillside.
