  I love the staff working here. Always friendly and helpful. Sometimes I go there late at night or early morning and I still get the same excellent service. Prices a little high but you have to expect that in a convenience store.

  Be careful with this gas station: Report..I went to fill the fuel tank of a rental car from Avis, a Hyindai Elantra Sedan, on 29Jan2024 at around 6:30 PM. As I am a foreigner traveling for tourism in Victoria BC, I needed help from the attendant to top up the tank as there were only specific values ​​and my case was to top up the tank to return the rental car according to Avis guidelines. The attendant entered the value of CA$100 and I asked about the value, and told me that only after filling up the pump would charge the amount spent, the system would only charge the total amount. Insert the card and password pin as instructed. At the end of filling, I noticed on the pump display, the value was close to CA$55,... and something around 33,...liters. No proof of the amounts was issued so that I could check the actual charge, but I considered it to be the correct and normal action. When I arrived at the hotel, I checked my card statement and realized that they had debited 2 amounts, one for CA$100.00 (converted to the card statement = R$382.15) and they had also debited the real value of the supply CA$55.80 (converted to card bill $213.25).I returned to the establishment the same night and the same attendant told me that this procedure would be normal and that later the amount would be processed and the difference reverted to credit is the final settlement. There was a man at the establishment who, listening to my doubts, reassured me by saying he had already been through this situation and that it would be like that. Today, January 30, 2024, I checked my statement and was surprised to find that the correct amount was reversed (CA$55 80) and the amount that had been calculated was charged CA$100. I went to the establishment today, January 30, 2024, and looked for the manager. I explained and presented my statements of the charges made on the card with the station identification 7Elevem and the establishment number 73902. I presented the statements for January 29, 2024 with both debits made and the statement for January 30, 2024 only with the incorrect amount of CA$100 (R$382.15) being charged and the refund was for the amount actually consumed CA$55.80 (R$213.25).I explained to the manager the entire development of events and even said how a small car with a tank that still had 2/10 of a tank and a capacity of 56 liters, could not fit a volume of fuel corresponding to CA$100, that is, 59 liters!!! the vehicle's tank was completely empty. The manager simply asked for the receipt which was not given to me and said he would call the Police, being unable to check and analyze the date, time and pump command to at least understand and resolve and provide appropriate satisfaction. I felt injured, intimidated and disappointed by the absence and contempt of someone who claims to be the manager of a top-notch commercial establishment.

  This location always updates the gas prices delayed than the other gas stations in the locality including Esso. Not sure this is done purposefully or due to any location reasons. Not recommended for people to fill gas in an accurate price!, Otherwise, good location with friendly staff.

  Stopped to inflate my tires and had a problem with this machine because nowhere does it seems to display the PSI - essential information! Staff told me that it was nothing to do with them. Not helpful at all
